This two-hour lecture will cover: What is AAC, basic AAC terminology, AAC myth-busting, programming/planning, and implementation strategies, team collaboration and the important role of the family and resources.
Information is being presented by the ICT, Inc. speech department and being led by Amanda Marks, MA CCC-SLP. Amanda has been an assistive technology presenter has experience organizing and leading AAC camps and has co-authored a paper on AAC team collaboration.
